Meet Jennifer (Jenn)
I’m Jennifer Mason, a birth photographer of 13 years and a doula of 11. I’ve attended more than 300 births, and I bring that experience, care, and a deep respect for birth into every space I enter.
My work has been featured and celebrated around the world, but the heart of what I do has always been the same: showing up for families and telling their birth stories with honesty, artistry, and care. I’m inspired by the strength and unpredictability of birth, and I bring both deep experience and a little feisty, free-spirited energy into every birth space. I’ll laugh with you, support you, and know when to step back and let the moment unfold.
I believe birth deserves to be witnessed, honored, and remembered. And I’m here to help make that happen.
Jennifer lives in the Chelsea, Dexter area and serves, Jackson, Ann Arbor, Brighton and the surrounding areas. She works regularly with Savannah of Magpie Midwifery and Celeste and Patricia of Gentle Mama Holistic Midwifery.
